Bugaboo Spire, another beautiful mountain to climb and be one with.
I have climbed two routes on this mountain. One year Josee and I came to the Bugs and climbed the Kain route. Two years ago Michel D. and I climbed the NE Ridge. I enjoy both climbs; they both have their interesting cruxes. All in all I highly recommend doing the Kain route first to be sure of where you are going, and the belays for rappelling. Both climbs descend the Kain route.

I have climbed up this col in good conditions, and I have also rapped this col in terrible conditions. This is one of the hard sections; one has to deal with when wanting to climb here in the Bugaboos. |
